Anubias Hastifolia

Anubias hastifolia is a striking and unique species of the Anubias genus, distinguished by its arrowhead or hastate-shaped leaves. Native to the tropical regions of West Africa, particularly around riverbanks and shaded forest areas, Anubias hastifolia is an attractive plant that brings an exotic look to freshwater aquariums. Its distinctive leaf shape and relatively larger size make it a favorite for adding height and structure to aquascapes.
Placement in Aquarium
Due to its larger size, Anubias hastifolia is ideal for midground to background placement in aquariums. It can be used as a focal point or as part of a larger plant grouping to create a natural, bushy appearance. Its height and unique leaf shape make it suitable for providing vertical interest and structure to aquascapes.
