SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy :-

  • If your receive a damage box Sharing picture of the damaged box is mandatory before opening.

  • Delivery will be attempted only twice.

  • once your parcel is out for delivery make sure there is someone at the given address to receive.

  • Dispatch of orders will occur within 24-72 hours after order placement.

  • Orders placed cannot be dispatched on the same day.

  • All consignments are dispatched via courier.

  • Every piece of livestock is securely packed in double bags and dispatched with compressed oxygen in all the bags.

  • Ensuring the healthy arrival of fish during transportation remains our utmost concern.

  • Orders are dispatched THREE TIMES A WEEK - on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders will not be dispatched on Regional and National holidays

  • For orders to locations, selecting the correct shipping charges is crucial. This is an important step, so please pay careful attention. Given the recent surge in order volume, stock verification might extend up to 36 hours in certain instances. Therefore, it's advisable to schedule your shipments with these timelines in mind. Orders cannot be dispatched on the day they are received, and typically, dispatching is possible only 48 hours AFTER the payment for an order has been processed. It's important to understand that requesting a quote does not secure the fish you are interested in.

  • Complaints can only be filed in courts of Pune.

Refund Policy*:

IF THE FISH ARRIVES DEAD:

  • We require clear opening video evidence of the dead fish both inside and outside the bag for proper verification and counting.

  • A coupon code covering 100% of the cost of the dead fish depicted in the video will be provided.

  • Refunds are issued exclusively as a coupon code, applicable towards your future purchase; shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable.

  • Opening Videos must be submitted within 1 hour of parcel receipt, with the delivery time determined by the courier's website timestamp.

  • Refund (in the form of coupon only) processes commence between 72-96 hours after receiving the claim.

  • Claims for dead fish will not be considered if the fish was alive upon bag opening.

  • We bear no liability once the fish is introduced into your aquarium.

WHAT IF THE FISH DIES AND I FAIL TO SEND A OPENING VIDEO?*

Unfortunately, without opening video evidence, we cannot offer a refund (coupon form only).

 

-WHAT IF THE FISH DIES AND I SEND THE OPENING VIDEO AFTER 1 HOUR?*

Regrettably, we cannot provide a refund (coupon form only) in such cases.

 

-WHAT IF THE FISH DIES AND I HAVE SENT AN OPENING VIDEO, AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?*

Our policy only allows for a coupon issuance in cases of death on arrival.

 

-WHAT IF THE FISH DIES AND I SUBMIT AN OPENING VIDEO, CAN THE FISH BE REPLACED?*

Our policy limits compensation to a coupon ONLY in dead on arrival instances.

 

-WHAT IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?*

Refer to the cancellation policy provided below.

IF AN INCORRECT SHIPPING OPTION IS SELECTED:*

At checkout, shipping options are presented for your selection. It's your responsibility to pick the appropriate one. Should an incorrect shipping method be chosen, we will reach out to request additional funds necessary to dispatch your order.

 

IF YOUR LOCATION IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING AND YOU WISH TO CANCEL:*

A cancellation charge equal to the minimum order value will be applied. This fee, constituting 25% of the total order cost including shipping, is applicable to orders that are yet to be shipped, irrespective of the timing of the cancellation request relative to the order placement.

 

FOR DRY PRODUCTS & ACCESSORIES:*

Returns are not accepted.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES*:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. Send us an opening video witin 24 hours of Parcel received. If you find any defects, damages, or if the wrong item has been sent, contact us right away so we can address and rectify the issue (OPENING VIDEO COMPULSORY)

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS*:

Certain items, such as perishable goods (like fish, food, or plants), custom-made products (including special orders or personalized items), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

 

Please note, returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.
